The set provides a complete service for six persons, with each piece featuring ornate traditional handles decorated with shell and scroll motifs in the Dubarry style. According to the packaging, the set consists of six table knives, six table forks, six dessert knives, six dessert forks, six dessert spoons, six soup spoons, six tea spoons, and two serving spoons. The cutlery is presented in its original blue cardboard box with a cream-coloured fitted plastic insert. The box is printed with the Judge brand name and logo, alongside a 50 year guarantee mark. The packaging also bears a small white label marked 10 10 and an orange tag marked 266 on the protective film of one piece.

The cutlery appears to be in unused condition, with various pieces still retained within their original protective plastic sleeves. The blue presentation box shows signs of storage wear, including surface scuffing and minor tears at the corners.
