A trio of glazed ceramic figurines comprising one adult horse and two foals. Each piece is finished in a high-gloss brown glaze with white hand-painted markings to the faces and legs. The collection includes a standing adult horse with its head raised, a foal in a grazing pose with its head lowered, and a second foal with its head turned back towards its flank. These forms are characteristic of mid-20th century production attributed to the Beswick factory. No maker’s marks are visible on the surfaces. Each figurine currently carries an orange adhesive label marked 213.
