Lot 165: A Collection of Five Framed Informational Signage Plaques
A collection of five individual informational plaques, vertically mounted within a simple brown-finished wooden frame. The plaques are rectangular with decorative scrolled ends and are secured to a white textured backing board with brass-toned round-headed studs. Each plaque features block capital lettering in either red or black. From left to right, the plaques are inscribed as follows: BEWARE OF THE DOG in red; PLEASE CLOSE THE GATE in black, with THANK YOU below; PRIVATE PARKING in red; PLEASE KEEP CLEAR in black, with THANK YOU below; and NO BALL GAMES in red. The plaques appear to be manufactured from a modern composite or plastic material.

Condition report:
The item is in good overall condition. The lettering on all plaques remains sharp and clear with no evidence of fading. The wooden frame exhibits minor surface scuffs and wear consistent with previous handling. Two auction stickers are present on the frame: an orange tag numbered 165 and a white tag numbered 4.
