A substantial two-piece lead crystal vessel comprising a bulbous bowl set on a short, circular pedestal foot, accompanied by a matching high-domed lid. The piece is decorated throughout with deep mitre-cut patterns featuring stylized palmette or leaf motifs alongside diamond-cut panels. The lid is crowned with a large, multi-faceted octagonal knob finial. Further radial and notched cutting is visible on the underside of the base and around the lid rim. The clarity and sharp refraction of the material indicate a high lead content. No maker’s marks or signatures are present. Two contemporary adhesive labels are attached to the lid, including one orange retail sticker and a small white lot sticker numbered 19.
