Lot 580: An 18 Carat Yellow Gold Modernist Single Stone Dress Ring
A modernist dress ring constructed from 18 carat yellow gold. The ring features an asymmetric, fluid head of swirling organic form with openwork detailing. It is set to the centre with a single small round brilliant-cut colourless stone in an integrated rub-over setting. Stamped marks are present on the interior of the shank.
Condition report:
The ring is in good overall condition. The metal surface shows fine, light scratches and minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The stone appears securely set.
