Lot 446: A 20th century Regency style mahogany two-tier occasional table
A 20th century occasional table constructed from mahogany in the Regency style. The rectangular top features a gilt-tooled border inset with a leather or skiver surface. The table is designed with a single rectangular lower shelf displaying a well-figured grain. The structure is supported by four turned and ring-moulded legs. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the base or body of the item.
Condition report:
The piece is in generally good, stable condition. Surface wear is present consistent with age and use, including minor scratches, scuffs to the legs, and small indentations. A yellow adhesive price label is located on the top right, and a small white rectangular label is present on the lower tier.
