March timed auction
Lot 144:
A set of ceramic tableware featuring a mid-20th-century aesthetic, attributed to Royal Doulton. The pieces are decorated with a pale powder blue ground colour on the exteriors and rims, contrasted with white interiors and centres. Each item is finished with a double-banded gilt trim on the rims. The collection consists of several tea or coffee cups with loop handles and tapered bodies, matching saucers with white centres, side plates, and larger dinner or luncheon plates. The items are constructed from fine bone china or porcelain. No manufacturer marks are visible on the bases of the items shown in the provided image.
The items appear to be in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The gilt banding appears bright and mostly intact on the visible edges. Minor surface wear or light scratches consistent with age and use may be present upon closer physical inspection.
