Two Ceramic Planters including an Italian Handmade Basketweave Cachepot
An Italian handmade ceramic basketweave cachepot in the Capodimonte style and a hexagonal floral planter. The first piece is crafted in white ceramic with an open-work lattice design, featuring a pale green glazed rim and an applied pink ceramic rope-twist detail tied in a bow. It is seated in a shallow circular woven bamboo saucer. The second item is a hexagonal white glazed ceramic planter decorated with a floral illustration of purple and blue irises, containing a nested tan-coloured ceramic vessel. Both pieces exhibit standard glazed finishes.
The items are in good overall condition with light surface wear and residue inside the rims consistent with use. Small orange and white adhesive inventory labels are present on the exterior of both pieces. No visible chips or cracks are present on the ceramic bodies.
