Libbey American Brilliant Period Jewel Pattern Cut Glass Bowl
A Libbey American Brilliant Period cut glass bowl in the Jewel pattern, crafted from clear, colourless lead glass. The piece features an intricate all-over geometric pattern including large hobstars, pinwheels, and multifaceted panels. The bowl is designed with a deeply scalloped sawtooth rim and a heavy, thick-walled construction characteristic of the period. Several adhesive labels are affixed to the exterior surface, including an orange sticker marked 268 and white stickers marked 5 5.
The bowl appears to be in good condition with no significant chips, cracks, or visible repairs. The glass shows good clarity. Minor surface wear consistent with age and use may be present, along with adhesive residue from the labels.
