A Johnson Bros Coaching Scenes blue and white transferware ceramic gravy boat and matching underplate. The set is decorated with a traditional landscape scene featuring a coach and architectural elements, surrounded by intricate scrolled floral borders. The gravy boat is constructed with a prominent pouring lip and a loop handle, while the underplate features a scalloped and moulded rim. Multiple orange auction lot stickers marked 291 and a small white sticker marked 8 are affixed to the surfaces.
Both pieces are in good condition with minor surface marks and glaze imperfections consistent with age and use. No significant chips, cracks, or restorations are visible.
