An Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Mantle Clock
An Edwardian mahogany mantle clock of domed form, featuring a case decorated with satinwood fan marquetry and linear stringing inlays. The circular white dial displays black Roman numerals and includes two winding holes for a striking movement, paired with black-finished spade hands behind a glazed bezel. The clock is constructed with a stepped rectangular base. This lot is accompanied by a brass pendulum bob and a winding key.
The clock shows signs of age-related wear, including some discolouration and minor surface marks on the dial. There are light abrasions and surface marks to the wooden case. A small white lot sticker numbered 23 is currently affixed to the side of the clock. The movement is untested.
