Lot 556: A Weathered Slatted Wood Garden Bench and Matching Armchair
A weathered wooden garden bench and matching armchair of slatted construction. Both pieces feature a rustic aesthetic with a heavily distressed green finish. The armchair is incised with the initials I.F.S. on the uppermost back slat. The construction consists of timber slats fixed to a solid frame.
Condition report:
Both pieces are in a heavily weathered condition. There is significant wear to the painted surface, with areas of bare wood exposed. Discolouration and signs of prolonged outdoor use are present throughout.
