Lot 547: A Large European-Style Woven Wicker Storage Basket
A large rectangular rustic storage basket constructed from natural woven wicker and rattan. The piece features a heavy plaited rim and thick structural corner posts, finished in a warm natural brown colour. The basket is executed in a traditional tight weave pattern. Visible markings include a small white adhesive label marked 14 14 on a corner post and an orange auction lot sticker numbered 547 on the lower front edge.
Condition report:
The basket is in good used condition, showing minor surface wear and slight colour variations. Occasional broken weavers are present, consistent with age and previous utility.
