Lot 533a: A Trio of Vintage Items including a Texas Instruments Speak & Spell
A collection comprising a Texas Instruments Speak & Spell electronic educational toy, a ceramic flagon, and a glass bottle. The Speak & Spell is the 1978 model produced by Texas Instruments, contained within its original pictorial card box. The second item is a brown-glazed ceramic flagon for Scott’s Botanical Beverages of Bolton Ltd., featuring the Purity Cross Brand trademark and a small adhesive identification label. The third item is a dark glass bottle with a gold-toned foil neck wrap bearing the embossed text MAGNUM. The items are presented in a white polystyrene storage container.
Condition report:
The Speak & Spell box exhibits shelf wear, including tearing and creasing. The ceramic flagon shows minor surface wear consistent with age. The gold foil on the glass bottle displays surface peeling and loss. All items are sold in their current condition and have not been tested for functionality.
