Lot 457: Two items comprising a Black & Decker corded power drill and a safety hard hat
Two items comprising a vintage Black & Decker corded power drill and a safety hard hat. The drill features a teal and grey plastic housing with an orange trigger and is fitted with a power cord terminating in a UK three-pin plug; a chuck key is attached to the cord assembly. The accompanying dark blue safety helmet is of moulded plastic construction. Both items bear small white adhesive labels marked with the number 18, and an additional orange label numbered 457 is visible on the hard hat.
Condition report:
Both items exhibit signs of significant industrial use, including surface dirt and wear. The drill shows visible oxidation on the metal chuck and scuffing to the plastic housing. The safety helmet displays surface scuffing and abrasions. The items are sold as seen and have not been tested for mechanical or electrical functionality.
