Lot 45: A Collection of Noritake Camel Desert Scene Porcelain and Miscellaneous Decorative Items
A collection of household and decorative items featuring several pieces of Noritake porcelain in the Camel Desert Scene pattern. The porcelain pieces exhibit hand-painted desert landscapes with figures on camels, framed by cobalt blue borders and gold encrusted or gilded detailing. The group includes plates and a matching shaker. Also present is a large frosted glass dome-shaped light shade, a metal base for a lamp or vessel, a porcelain floral ornament with applied multi-coloured blossoms, a single metal spoon, and various wire hangers and frames. Items are in used condition with visible surface dust and signs of handling consistent with storage. Some minor wear to the gilded accents on the porcelain is present.
