A collection of 19th-century French and English majolica glazed earthenware platters and plates. The group features several pieces decorated with high-relief botanical motifs and vibrant translucent glazes. Included are round and oval examples with light blue borders showcasing a moulded lattice or basketweave pattern. These surround central floral sprays consisting of pink flowers, ferns, and variegated foliage set against a pale ground. Another oval platter in the collection features a textured mustard-yellow ground with a diaper pattern, decorated with a large central relief of green leaves and pale blossoms. The pieces demonstrate the detailed moulding and rich colouration characteristic of late Victorian era ceramic production. Various auction inventory labels and tags are attached to the surfaces.

The collection appears to be in good overall condition. There is minor surface wear and light crazing consistent with age and use. Some adhesive residue and paper labels are present on the glaze. No significant chips, cracks, or restorations are visible upon inspection.
