Lot 207: A Collection of Art Nouveau Copper Plated Brass and Silver Toned Door Push Plates
A collection of antique architectural door push plates. The group includes matching Art Nouveau style plates featuring an elongated, stylized central motif with stepped borders, appearing to be crafted from copper-plated brass. The collection also contains a silver-toned metal push plate decorated with embossed scrollwork and beaded borders. All pieces feature pre-drilled mounting holes at the corners.
Condition report:
The plates exhibit an aged patina consistent with historical use. Visible surface wear includes scratches, scuffs, and areas of oxidation. Several plates retain modern adhesive inventory stickers.
