Lot 180: An Antique Hand-Painted Decorative Curved Wood Panel
A curved wooden decorative panel, likely originally part of a coal scuttle or storage bin. The exterior features a hand-painted still-life scene executed on a dark mahogany-toned ground with a glossy finish. The composition depicts a bowl containing various fruits, including grapes and pomes, positioned next to a bundle of stalks topped with a cross-like motif. The interior of the panel is finished in a contrasting orange-brown tone. Two small white adhesive labels marked with the number 7 are present on the surface.

The panel shows wear consistent with age and use, including minor scuffing to the glossy finish and small chips along the edges.
