Lot 134: Two Miniature Decorative Buildings including a Liberty Falls Resin Model
A group of two miniature decorative items comprising a glazed ceramic salt and pepper shaker set and a resin architectural model. The salt and pepper set is designed as two thatched cottages with yellow walls and brown roofs, situated on a green grassy base flanking a central tree. The resin model depicts a multi-storey commercial building, identified by a sign as a restaurant, featuring detailed brickwork, a shingled roof, and a stone-effect chimney. The resin piece is consistent with the Liberty Falls collection produced by International Resourcing Services. Both items are marked with orange lot stickers numbered 134.
Condition report:
Both pieces are in good overall condition. The resin model exhibits a light accumulation of surface dust within the textured areas. The ceramic shakers show no visible chips, cracks, or crazing.
