A large Sitzendorf Dresden polychrome glazed porcelain figural group depicting a musical ensemble in the Rococo style. The composition features several figures in 18th-century attire playing instruments including a violin, flute, cello, and lute. Each figure is decorated with hand-painted costumes featuring various floral patterns and a diverse colour palette. The group is mounted upon an elaborate, asymmetrical scrollwork base accented with gilt highlights and small, applied porcelain floral blossoms. No manufacturer marks are visible on the upper surfaces. The piece retains two modern inventory labels, including an orange sticker marked 325 and a white tag numbered 18 18.
