A German 8-day mantel clock featuring an architectural dark wood case. The case is designed with fluted side moldings and a pediment-style top. The circular metal dial displays Arabic numerals and is accented by ornate metallic spandrels in the corners. Two winding points are visible on the dial face, corresponding to a time and strike mechanical movement. The clock dates from the late 19th to early 20th century.
