Lot 352: A Chinese Provincial Blue and White Porcelain Bowl
A Chinese provincial blue and white porcelain bowl featuring underglaze cobalt blue decoration on a pale, slightly greyish-white ground. The interior is decorated with concentric blue rings and a central abstract underglaze mark. The exterior displays a band of vertical radiating lines at the base and a frieze of scrolling clouds and stylized floral motifs around the body. The underside of the base contains a square underglaze blue mark enclosed in a diamond-shaped border. The item features an unglazed footring.
