Lot 345: Two Decorative Objects Comprising a Frosted Art Glass Piece and a Trochus Niloticus Seashell
Two decorative objects consisting of a frosted art glass piece and a natural seashell. The glass item is of a heavy, moulded construction with a satin finish, featuring an organic, swirling form with textured details reminiscent of mid-20th-century design. The accompanying natural specimen is a large conical seashell of the species Trochus niloticus, commonly referred to as a Banded Trochus or Zebra Top Shell. The shell exhibits a distinctive dark brown and cream zig-zag pattern across its exterior. Both pieces bear orange adhesive lot tags marked 345 and additional white numbered labels.
