A collection of fraternal regalia and ephemera associated with the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes (RAOB), primarily relating to the Battlesbury Lodge. The group includes several green-bound volumes titled The Origin & Development of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes. Also included is a red fabric sash featuring gold-thread embroidery for the K.O.M. Battlesbury Lodge. A zippered carrying case contains an assortment of enameled and gilt-metal breast jewels on colored ribbons, including examples marked GLE and an 1866-1966 Centenary jewel. The collection is accompanied by various pieces of ephemera, including a small red folder and membership-related documents. One document identifies a member from the P.G.L. of Frome & Warminster and is dated 1972.
