Lot 73:
A Vintage Weathermaster Barometer and Thermometer Weather Station, presented on a shaped, dark-stained wooden plaque. The wall-mounted station, likely mid-20th century in style, incorporates two circular instruments. The upper instrument is a thermometer, marked “WEATHERMASTER” and “THERMOMETER”, displaying temperatures in both Celsius (-30 to 50 °C) and Fahrenheit (-20 to 120 °F), with a “COMFORT” range indicated. The larger lower instrument is a barometer, also marked “WEATHERMASTER”, featuring scales in “MILLIBARS” (950-1060) and “INCHES” (28-31). The barometer dial includes weather predictions such as “Stormy”, “Rain”, “Change”, “Fair”, and “Very Dry”, alongside indicators for “Falling” and “Rising” pressure. Both instruments feature silver-toned metal dials encased in brass-toned bezels with clear protective covers.
