An antique Shabriya dagger with its accompanying scabbard. The dagger features a pointed, double-edged ferrous metal blade. Its hilt consists of a dark, possibly wooden or horn, pommel section, topped with a Sterling silver cap including a suspension ring, and a lower grip section wrapped in Sterling silver, decorated with a repeating zig-zag motif. A white adhesive label bearing the numbers “22 22” in black is visible on the hilt. The scabbard is crafted primarily from hammered Sterling silver, with visible repairs or reinforcements made from Sterling silver and a braided cord for attachment near the throat.
