Lot 473: Three Assorted Ceramic Chamber Pots
A group of three ceramic chamber pots, each presenting a distinct style. The uppermost pot is a plain, dark brown glazed earthenware or stoneware piece with a utilitarian design, featuring a white sticker marked “29 29” on its rim. Beneath it rests a white ceramic pot, distinguished by a gilt-edged rim and handle, and decorated with a continuous garland of pink roses intertwined with light blue ribbons around its exterior. The bottommost pot is a blue and white ceramic piece, possibly transferware, adorned with elaborate gold scrollwork and floral motifs on a graduated blue background, and bears a yellow sticker marked “473.”
