Lot 343: Six Furuta 20th Century Manga Artist Collection: The World of Mitsuteru Yokoyama Blind Boxes
Six individual, rectangular cardboard blind boxes by Furuta®, part of the ’20th Century Manga Artist Collection: The World of Mitsuteru Yokoyama’ series. Each blue box features yellow and red graphics with Japanese text, translating to the series title and indicating ‘Pre-colored Figures: All 8 types +?’. Adhered to the front of the boxes are yellow rectangular paper labels, handwritten with numbers 9, 7, 8, and 6 (two boxes each numbered 9 and 6, one box each numbered 7 and 8). The boxes are stacked vertically within a larger, open storage box, which bears an orange sticker with the number ‘343’ on its inner flap.
