Three Decorative Items Including a Peruvian Lucuma Owl Gourd Ornament
A collection of three decorative items. The first is a Peruvian Lucuma Owl Gourd Ornament, handmade, depicting a mother and baby owl. The dried natural gourd features pyro-engraved or carved stylized owl imagery and is presented within a small, light-colored woven wicker basket lined with a thin white material. Also included is a South/Southeast Asian-style Buddha or Bodhisattva head sculpture, cast in bronze or a bronze-alloy, exhibiting a mottled greenish-brown patina. This sculpture is mounted on a rectangular black base. Completing the group is a smaller, light brown carved stone elephant figure, likely soapstone, adorned with inlaid floral motifs crafted from various colored stones.
