DECEMBER SALE
Lot 125:
The lot comprises a collection of decorative objects. Central to the group is an Artesania Rinconada ceramic elephant figurine from Uruguay, featuring a raised trunk, crackle glaze, and yellow-brown ear accents. It is likely designed as a lidded container. Also included is a porcelain figurine depicting a beagle-like dog dressed as a barrister, complete with a wig and spectacles, standing on a base marked with a white sticker bearing the number “7”. A partial view of a bronze or dark metal seated human figure is present. Further items include a rectangular carved light brown stone plaque or box lid with intricate floral relief, a round lidded box decorated with orange and black floral motifs, and a polished wooden, turtle-shaped object adorned with multiple circular ivory or bone inlays depicting mythical creatures. A small, flat, round stone or resin disc mottled in red-orange hues, and an irregular-shaped lacquered item with green and yellow floral designs complete the group.
