A Collection of Vintage Ceramic Toby and Character Jugs
A collection of approximately ten figural ceramic jugs, identifiable as Toby jugs or character jugs, each depicting a caricatured male figure in varied attire. Crafted from glazed pottery with hand-painted details in a range of greens, browns, blues, and skin tones, these items exhibit a traditional folk art style. Several jugs are marked with orange stickers displaying “61”. Also included are two items featuring white labels with “13”, one of which is a plain white ceramic mug and the other a figural jug.
