A Wedgwood 'Wild Strawberry' Comport
A Wedgwood ‘Wild Strawberry’ comport, circular in form with a slightly raised rim. The porcelain item features a botanical design, including a pale green decorative border adorned with a brown trellis-like pattern, interspaced with images of wild strawberries, their pink blossoms, and green leaves. The rim is edged in gold. The item bears a brown sticker with the inscription “WILD BERRY EDG COMPORT L/S 8215 (MF)” and “MADE IN ENGLAND,” along with a barcode and numerical identifiers (0 32677 44898 4, 50114308809). A smaller brown sticker reads “S Gold” and “0702.” The comport is presented in its original blue box with tissue paper.
