Georgian Style Mahogany Bowed Front Chest of Drawers
A Georgian style mahogany bowed front chest of drawers. This traditional-style piece features a dark wood finish and a distinctive bowed or bombe-style front. It is fitted with four graduated drawers, each adorned with ornate, antique brass-tone bail handles. Vertical fluted pilasters accent the front corners, and the top surface has a curved edge. The visible wood grain is prominent, consistent with a dense hardwood, identified as mahogany. Two white rectangular stickers bearing the numbers “7 7” are affixed to the upper right of the top drawer.
