The central column is adorned with three draped female figures in high relief, standing on an octagonal base. It is currently topped with a plain, orange terracotta plant pot saucer. The design aligns with Neoclassical garden statuary, often utilized as a plant stand or bird bath. A small orange sticker with ’32-1′ is visible on one of the figures.
