Three Royal Doulton Glazed Ceramic Figurines: 'The Old Balloon Seller' (HN 1315), 'The Balloon Man' (HN 1954), and a Companion Figure
A group of three Royal Doulton glazed ceramic figurines. The lot comprises ‘The Old Balloon Seller’ (HN 1315), depicting an elderly woman seated with a basket and colorful spherical objects, and ‘The Balloon Man’ (HN 1954), portraying an elderly man seated, holding a large bunch of similar colorful spheres. Both are rendered in a decorative style with multi-colored glazes, featuring details such as the woman’s headscarf and the man’s hat. A smaller, standing companion figurine of a woman holding a baby and a small cluster of spheres is also included. All figures are hand-painted with multi-colored glazes.
