A Border Fine Arts figurine titled ‘Let Sleeping Dogs Lie’, designed by D. Walton. This hand-painted diorama-style figurine is crafted from resin or a similar composite material, depicting a whimsical outdoor scene with several felines. The central composition features a partially broken wooden barrel emerging from a crumbling brick wall, housing two black and white kittens, one peering out and another perched atop. A calico kitten stands beside a small wooden bucket, while an orange tabby kitten approaches a pet food bowl containing a bone, all resting on a cobblestone-patterned base with small green tufts. The entire scene is mounted on a dark brown, polished wooden plinth. Visible markings include a white tag with the number ’19’ and an orange tag with ‘259’ adhered to the wooden base.
