A substantial philatelic accumulation, often referred to as ‘kiloware’, comprising a varied collection of vintage postage stamps and related material. The lot includes a rectangular metal tin containing loose postage stamps, some still attached to paper remnants, featuring designs such as King George VI and ‘Edinburgh Castle’. An accompanying envelope within the tin bears a visible UK address: “N. Millom, Cumbria, LA18 4LZ”. Further stamps and philatelic organization are housed within a clear plastic storage box, which contains multiple albums, stock books, and envelopes. Notable items include a red album marked “MONACO BRIEFMARKEN” (Monaco Postage Stamps) and other items bearing “MUNDIALES” (Worldwide/Global) and “SELLOS CARTA” (Postage Stamps) labels. Accompanying the philatelic material is a period “ALBION COPY BOOKS” educational exercise book, likely British from an early to mid-20th century period, published by various “SCHOLASTIC TRADING COMPANY” branches. The copybook is marked “No. 12.” and features a handwritten name, appearing as “John Parker” or “Payton,” on its cover.
