Lot 144: Four Matchbox Superkings and Convoys Diecast Vehicles
A group of four Matchbox diecast vehicles. Comprising two ‘Matchbox Superkings’ rally cars and one ‘Matchbox Convoys’ articulated lorry. The Superkings models include a white Ford Escort Mk3 (model K-162) featuring ‘GEMINI, ‘ ‘Shell Oils, ‘ and ‘ASDA’ livery, and a white Audi Quattro (model K-95) with ‘Audi Sport, ‘ ‘Pirelli, ‘ ‘Duckhams, ‘ and ‘WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONS’ decals. The Convoys lorry (model CY-24) presents a white cab and a dark trailer advertising ‘Bassett’s Allsorts.’ All items are presented in their original cardboard and clear plastic blister packaging. Background items, including ‘Corgi Classics’ and ‘Models of Yesteryear’ boxes, are not included in this lot.
