Lot 59: A Collection of Decorative Items including Wedgwood Ceramics and Inlaid Woodwork
A collection of various decorative objects and collectibles. The group includes a Wedgwood bone china quartz mantel clock and a matching circular lidded trinket box, both featuring a blue and orange starburst and sun pattern with gilded highlights and leaf-motif borders. The clock dial is marked Wedgwood, Quartz, and Made in England. These items are accompanied by their original light blue manufacturer card boxes. Also present is a wooden mantel clock with floral and linear light wood inlay, with a dial marked with a crown symbol above Portimex, Quartz, and Made in Italy. The lot includes a rectangular wooden jewellery box decorated with geometric parquetry to the exterior and lined with red fabric. Condition report:
The items appear to be in good overall condition. There is minor surface wear and some light scratches to the wooden box. The quartz movements have not been tested for functionality. The original Wedgwood boxes show some minor shelf wear and have adhesive labels and price stickers attached.
