Lot 474: A rustic pine three-compartment storage rack
A solid pine storage rack featuring three internal compartments. The unit is constructed with a horizontal planked back and two internal slanted dividers. The side panels and the low front lip are finished with decorative scalloped or shaped edges. The wood has a honey-coloured finish with visible natural knots. This item is of solid construction and is not sectional or stacking. No maker’s marks are visible, although a small, illegible white rectangular label is present on the upper left-hand side panel. A decorative white lace doily is currently placed within one of the compartments.
Condition report:
The item is in good used condition with some minor surface scuffs and wear consistent with age and use. There are small circular indentations visible on the internal base of the compartments. The structure appears sound and solid.
