Lot 385: A Set of Four Heavy-Duty 1.85 Tonne Ratchet Tie-Down Straps
A set of four heavy-duty ratchet tie-down straps, manufactured from olive green woven synthetic webbing. Each assembly features a steel ratchet tensioning mechanism and metal end hooks. A handwritten tag identifies the quantity and specifies a load capacity of 1.85 tonnes per strap. The lot is contained within a blue plastic open-work storage crate. The appearance and colour of the webbing are consistent with industrial or military-style utility equipment.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition showing surface soiling and signs of wear commensurate with age and utility. Some light fraying is visible to the synthetic webbing, and the metal components show surface oxidation and wear. The mechanical function and safety integrity for load-bearing purposes have not been tested. Sold as viewed.
