Lot 218: A Collection of Six Kitchen Storage Canisters Including Metal and Ceramic Sets
A collection of six kitchen storage canisters comprising two distinct sets. The first set consists of three powder-coated metal canisters in a grey finish, possibly steel, attributed to Salter. These canisters are of rounded rectangular form with matching domed lids and feature applied chrome-effect serif letters T, S, and C to the front. The second set includes three glazed white ceramic canisters with a hammered texture and natural wooden lids, possibly bamboo. Each ceramic canister features moulded cursive relief lettering for sugar, coffee, and tea.
Condition report:
The metal canisters are in generally good used condition with some minor surface scuffs and a small blue mark to the lid of the T canister. The ceramic canisters show signs of use with surface dirt and dark spotting to the white glaze. The wooden lids have minor wear consistent with use.
