Lot 106: An Assortment of Decorative Coloured Glassware including a Colonial Glass Vase
An assortment of mid-century and modern decorative glassware in various colours including amber, amethyst, teal, and forest green. The collection features a tall cylindrical amber glass vase with subtle horizontal ribbed banding and a circular gold foil manufacturer label for Colonial. Also included is a heavy amber glass vase with a faceted geometric design consisting of protruding vertical ribs and rounded horizontal segments. The amethyst glass pieces comprise a large shallow bowl and a matching cylindrical insert. A forest green handkerchief bowl is present, featuring a ruffled crimped rim and a vertically ribbed textured surface. The teal glass items include a tall fluted vase with a flared rim and bulbous base, and a rounded globular vessel. Further items include a clear glass vase with an all-over pattern of cut oval thumbprint shapes highlighted in purple, and a green glass with a textured twisted stem.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in good overall condition. Most pieces have temporary orange inventory stickers attached. No significant chips, cracks, or repairs are visible from the inspection of the images.
