A set of Chinese porcelain tea wares, comprising a teapot with cover, several handleless tea bowls, and a matching circular presentation tray. The pieces are finished in a pale sky-blue glaze with dark-toned rims. The decorative motif features galloping horses in shades of black, white, and reddish-brown, which is a popular theme in Chinese art symbolizing vitality and success. Red Chinese characters are inscribed on the side of the teapot and the centre of the tray; these inscriptions are not clearly legible for transcription but likely serve as a decorative title or factory mark.
