Lot 844: Two Franklin Mint Pearl and Gold-Tone Necklaces
A jewellery set by The Franklin Mint comprising a triple-strand pearl collar necklace and a single-strand pearl necklace with a pendant. The items are housed in an original black velvet-lined presentation box with the maker’s name printed on the interior lid. The triple-strand collar features cream-coloured pearls held by gold-tone vertical spacers, transitioning to rigid gold-tone curved sections at the sides. It is secured with a hook and extender chain clasp. The second necklace consists of a single strand of small cream-coloured pearls supporting a large, stylized gold-tone open-heart pendant. The pendant features a textured central motif and is suspended from a wide, polished bail. The reverse of the heart pendant is stamped with a copyright symbol and the letters FM for The Franklin Mint.
Condition report:
The necklaces are in very good condition with no missing pearls or significant wear to the gold-tone finish. The clasps are functional. The presentation box is well-preserved with light shelf wear.
