A lot comprising two pieces of deep cobalt blue glass. The first item is a lidded jar or canister featuring a bulbous, lobed body raised on a clear glass knopped stem with a circular cobalt blue foot. The matching lid is topped with a tall, pointed finial ending in a ball terminal. The second item is a substantial decorative bowl or oversized goblet. It features a wide, ruffled or crimped rim and a body decorated with a hammered optic texture, supported by a short stem on a circular pedestal foot. Both pieces appear to be hand-blown. No maker’s marks, signatures, or etched characters are visible on the bodies or bases of either item. Both pieces currently bear orange adhesive lot stickers numbered 768.
Condition report:
Both items are in good overall condition, with no visible chips, cracks, or significant scratches. There is some light surface dust present consistent with display.
