The top is supported by a heavy turned pedestal base, comprising a central baluster-form column resting upon a tiered and stepped circular foot. The piece is designed in a classical style and appears to be made of carved stone without visible maker’s marks or signatures.

Condition report:
The item shows significant signs of age and weathering consistent with prolonged outdoor use. There is prominent yellowish-brown staining and ingrained surface dirt across the tabletop. A visible hairline crack or deep natural fissure extends from the edge toward the centre of the top. The base is structurally sound but exhibits minor surface wear and scattered dirt.
