Lot 259: An Australian-style light brown suede bush hat
An Australian-style bush hat constructed from light brown suede or brushed leather. The hat features a flat-topped crown with three circular ventilation eyelets on the side. It is encircled by a tonal braided hatband of a similar material. The moderately wide brim is finished with a line of top-stitching along the outer edge. A small orange adhesive label with the handwritten number 259 is present on the upper surface of the brim. No manufacturer’s marks or labels are visible on the exterior.
Condition report:
The hat is in good used condition with minor surface wear and light marking consistent with use. There is slight distortion to the shape of the brim.
