A pair of porcelain jugs of bulbous form, hand-painted with naturalistic floral motifs. The decoration consists of large blooms in shades of magenta, pink, and purple with variegated green and yellow foliage, set against a blended background of cream and pale yellow. Each vessel is fitted with an ornate, leaf-moulded scroll handle finished in heavy gilding, with matching gilt accents to the rims and circular foot. The style of painting and the ornate handle design are highly characteristic of Royal Worcester porcelain from the late 19th or early 20th century. No factory marks or signatures are visible on the exterior surfaces, although the items bear orange labels numbered 245 and a white sticker numbered 2.
Condition report:
Both items appear to be in good condition. There are no obvious chips, cracks, or repairs visible on the exterior porcelain surfaces. The gilding on the handles, rims, and bases is well-preserved with minimal signs of rubbing or wear.
